Delivery & Returns

** Coronavirus Delivery Update – To adhere to social distancing guidelines, our delivery drivers are no longer able to enter the premises when making deliveries. All deliveries will now be made to the nearest hard standing area i.e driveway, so you must ensure there is someone available upon delivery to move the items inside – Thank you. **

Free delivery applies to N.I, R.O.I and UK Mainland. For Highlands & Islands please contact us for a delivery estimate.

Deliveries are usually made Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm. Please note specific delivery times cannot be given.

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the dates quoted, however such dates are for guidance only and we shall not be held liable in any way due to delayed deliveries that are beyond our control.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or items are missing, these must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours from date of delivery. Damaged items must not be fitted and must be repackaged in their original packaging. Please note scratched or damaged items will not be replaced once they have been fitted.

Radiators are heavy items and require a reasonably fit person/s to be available when being delivered. Very heavy items such as cast iron radiators are curb side delivery only and require 2 people to accept the delivery. These are delivered on a pallet and under no circumstances will the delivery driver carry these into the property.

Valves are not supplied with any of our radiators or towel rails, and must be ordered separately if required.

Any order for non-stock products such as RAL Colours cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed with the factory.

All of our products are guaranteed from between 1 to 25 years depending on the product. The guarantee in all cases is limited to the F.O.C replacement or repair of the failed product only, and under no circumstances will claims for consequential loss be entertained. The guarantee will be subject to correct system installation by a qualified engineer.

Please note that during the months of July & August lead times for bespoke/made to order radiators are extended due to factory summer closures.


Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you received it (with the exception of made to order/bespoke items).

All goods being returned must be in their original, undamaged packaging and fit for resale. It is the consumers responsibility to arrange delivery of the return item to our stores, and at their cost.
